Adam has over 20 years’ experience as a corporate and investment funds lawyer, gained with Clifford Chance in London and Dubai, and as the Managing Partner of the East African office of Norton Rose Fulbright.
Since joining TTA, Adam has specialized in advising on the formation, structuring, management and administration of all forms of open-ended investment funds whether funded by debt, equity or hybrids, and advising corporates in connection with joint ventures, venture capital, structured preferred equity capital raises and employee share plan and incentive schemes.
Adam is also highly experienced with regard to regulatory advice and shareholder and management control issues and has advised major global banks, financial institutions and multinational corporations on non-transactional regulatory and compliance issues, in particular, relating to natural resource concessions, licensing, exchange control, currency trading and derivative transactions.
