Deborah joined the firm in 2015, following a highly respected career in the public sector where she rose to the position of Deputy Financial Secretary for Financial Services. 

Deborah holds an honours degree in English Literature, a master’s degree in Human Resource Development (macro level) and completed her law degree at the Truman Bodden Law School, University of Liverpool.  After completing her articles of clerkship with the Attorney General, Deborah was called to the Cayman bar in 2006.

Deborah heads up our Regulatory Advisory department with particular expertise in relation to the compliance by all forms of Cayman Islands entity with applicable international transparency and other initiatives.
