Agnes, formerly a member of the banking and fund finance team of a leading international law firm in London, is a finance and funds partner and a member of the Fund Finance Team and the Investment Funds Team.
Agnes regularly advises banks, alternative lenders, asset managers, and borrowers on a wide range of direct lending, private credit, specialty finance, acquisition finance, and stressed/distressed finance transactions.
Agnes is a recognised expert across a broad range of fund finance products and advises on complex fund and financing structures, including subscription, asset-backed (NAV), hybrid, preferred equity, GP-support and co-invest facilities. Agnes is a specialist in bespoke private credit and private wealth structures, continuation and secondary structures and hybrid debt and equity asset-backed private credit solutions creating innovative financing solutions for lenders and borrowers across sectors and product categories.
As a Hungarian national, Agnes has specific understanding of the legal and business issues across the entire Central and Eastern European (CEE) region and regularly advises on CEE and broader emerging markets financing.
Triple qualified with a Doctorate in Law (Dr. iur.), Agnes is admitted to practice in Hungary, England and Wales and the Cayman Islands.
