Partner
Lucy is the principal of the firm’s Australian office and senior member of our global corporate and investment funds team. Lucy joined us in 2016, initially as a partner in Hong Kong, then leading our Canberra office since 2018, and throughout, advising onshore counsel and clients across the Asia Pacific region.
Lucy has 25 years of experience, including 10 years with leading Sydney law firms and 15 years offshore, and provides specialist expertise across a full range of corporate transactions, including all forms of equity financing, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and privatizations.
Lucy is also an expert on alternative investments including the establishment, regulation and governance of private equity and venture capital investment funds, whether in corporate, LLC or partnership form.
