Having completed her articles of clerkship with the firm, Candace joined our corporate and funds group in September 2019.
Candace advises on the formation and structuring of investment funds, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, liquidations and intellectual property registrations.
In addition, Candace advises on all aspects of the registration, licensing and maintenance of corporate LLC and partnership entities regulated with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
