Demi joins us as a litigator in our Matrimonial department having advised previously across a broad range of contentious matters. These included insolvency cryptocurrency fraud, unfair dismissal and discrimination, and asset recovery before focusing and specializing in matrimonial proceedings and family matters with an emphasis on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes for high net worth clients.

Demi has been described as “versatile’ and “exacting” and was named the Recovery and Insolvency Specialist Association’s ‘Rising Star’ for 2019-2020 and was nominated for the Law Works and Attorney General Student Pro Bono Award for ‘Best Contribution by an Individual Student’ in 2017. She was appointed and serves as a member of the Cayman Islands’ Immigration Appeals Tribunal in 2020.
