Robert joins our Hong Kong office with over ten years of legal experience gained both onshore at Mallesons Stephen Jaques, Hong Kong and Brisbane offices, Norton Rose Fulbright in Hong Kong and in relation to Cayman Islands and BVI law at Appleby.
Robert specializes in corporate law, capital markets and open and closed ended funds and has acted on a broad range of general corporate and funds matters, including initial public offerings of shares of Cayman issuers on both The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and the New York Stock Exchange, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture formation and start ups. Robert advises clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including multi-national banks and financial institutions, asset management companies, and state-owned and privately-owned companies in mainland China and overseas.
