CEO, International Corporate Services Limited (“ICSL”)

Murray returns to the Cayman Islands to assume the role of CEO of ICSL with full operational
and management responsibility for the client services provided by the ICSL team. That team
provides the essential regulatory, compliance and governance services as required by Cayman Islands law and regulation to all legal entities represented by the Firm.

These services include collating all client onboarding and documentary requirements for AML and KYC purposes, the undertaking of the necessary risk evaluation and advising of timely registration, filing and annual fee obligations to CIMA or RoC.

Murray began a career in law in South Africa where he was admitted as an Attorney.  He then
branched into finance with Goldman Sachs in London before moving offshore where he held
various senior management positions at Waystone, Citco and Ogier and Maples .

With over 20 years experience across multiple product lines and jurisdictions, and a deep first
hand understanding of all forms of offshore financial structuring Murray brings a wealth of
experience and a reputation for pragmatic problem solving to ICSL and the Firm.
