Senior Associate, Cayman Islands
Jason joins us with over 10 years’ experience in new product development having specialized in advising investment banks, venture capital providers, blue-chip companies, broker-dealers, market infrastructure providers and start-ups on the deployment of innovative legal solutions to support new or existing business lines or novel investment structures.
Jason specializes in navigating the complex and changing regulatory regimes applicable to and the structuring of DAO’s and NFT’s, blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, token issues, including initial coin offerings, fundraisings and other disruptive and transformative technologies
Prior to joining the Firm, Jason was a Managing Associate at Linklaters London during which time he was seconded to Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch in the fund linked products division and to NatWest Markets in the retail structured products division.
