David is a Canadian and US educated private client and qualified tax attorney who now joins our long established High Net worth Private Client group. David has practiced in the private client area with Big 4 accounting firms and, most recently, the US office of a leading international private client law firm. David has specialized expertise and knowledge of all forms of succession, generational planning and asset protection using Trusts and Foundation structures in the Cayman Islands and is familiar with all relevant Canadian and US international personal and corporate tax, inheritance tax and estate duty issues that arise.
David therefore interfaces highly effectively on all such matters with onshore Counsel
thereby providing seamless and highly cost effective advice to clients on their Cayman Islands
structures.
