Prior to joining the firm, Jackson practiced in Australia as a commercial disputes lawyer with a specific focus on contractual disputes, insolvency and regulatory compliance.
He now has a broad focus on private equity, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advisory and governance matters and has represented a broad range of commercial and high net worth clients in disputes involving financial institutions, government bodies and other large commercial entities.
Jackson has also acted on numerous preference share financings, SPACs, restructurings, board and shareholder disputes, anti-takeover measures, regulatory compliance and privatisations and continues to assist the firm’s dispute resolution team .
