Having obtained her degree in law at Durham University Laura completed her articles with the firm and on admission joined our highly experienced Investment Funds Group.
Laura now advises on a broad range of corporate and investment funds including, formation, registration and licensing of open and closed ended investment fund structures in the Cayman Islands and their ongoing obligations under the regulatory regime, governance, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, migrations and liquidations.
