Having qualified at Simmons and Simmons, Dennis then practised with an offshore firm before moving inhouse as legal counsel at CCB International (Holdings) Limited, an investment bank, and then transferred into Fintec as inhouse counsel with Huobi Technology Holdings Limited.
Dennis advises investment managers and financial institutions on a broad range of matters, including fund formation, investments and divestments, maintenance and regulatory compliance, restructuring, dispute resolution and dissolution.
Over the years, he has assisted clients with setting up a wide variety of funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds and most recently cryptocurrency funds.
