Senior Associate, Cayman Islands
Having qualified as an associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto Gina moved inhouse as Senior Counsel with a high-profile group of publicly traded companies and thereafter spent five years as Senior Legal Counsel in the corporate finance branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.
Gina now brings over 12 years of experience to our Corporate and Funds group to specialize in all forms of corporate transaction including public and private securities offerings, SPACs, mergers and acquisitions, the full range of corporate fund raising and financing including pre IPO seed financing and contested take overs, IPO’s and listings.
Gina also has extensive experience in advising boards of directors on non-transactional matters, with a strong focus on continuing disclosure obligations, conflict of interest and the law and regulation of governance and compliance.
