Nicole obtained her undergraduate degree and a post graduate diploma at the University of the West of England and was called to the Bar in England and Wales in 2008.
Nicole joins our Investment Funds group from the Funds and Finance group at Maples with over 9 years legal experience having worked previously in house at HSBC as a junior counsel in London reviewing and negotiating global custody agreements and at Barclays as an ISDA paralegal, as well as a funds and finance paralegal at both Addleshaw Goddard LLP and Squire Patton Boggs.
