Prior to joining the firm, Raymond practiced at MinterEllison’s Brisbane office and acted for institutional investors, REITs, national financial institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and government bodies throughout Australia. Raymond has had substantial experience guiding his clients through a variety of matters ranging from portfolio management to complex transactions that affect public interest or attract media attention.
Raymond now joins our corporate and funds department with a broad focus on corporate law and governance, pre IPO financing and open and closed ended Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands funds.
